The Night of the Pot Roast....

So I'm not quite sure why I decided one night to make a pot roast (I HATE pot roast), but I did. My very first pot roast. Here's how it turned out...


Looks disgusting, right? I guess it tasted pretty good since Roger snarfed it down that night and then ate it for the next four nights!

So after making this nice pot roast for Roger, I made my supper...
Yummy!! Cheese and salami sandwich! Now THAT looks good!!

    He asked that it had my homemade bbq sauce in it so I made that, then topped it with stewed tomatoes, rosemary, thyme, garlic, and a couple bay leaves. It actually wasn't too bad (for a pot roast)
